COVITAL: NEW SKIN IN THE GAME 

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER AND CEO

The events of the past few months have had a profound impact on the people of New Life Minds and our work. During this global pandemic we realized that our technology could be helpful in gaining control over the situation and, more importantly, prevent similar outbreaks in the future, we decided to temporarily shift our focus away from our core mission and have exchanged knowledge and resources across borders and board rooms to create a new product. 

The result of our work, based on our cutting edge research and technology, is a sui generis solution, which we believe is going to permanently change how we think about global disease control. With the use of existing nanotechnology, we are now able to introduce a subdermal implant, without causing any noticeable inconvenience to the recipient. 

The CoVital chip is implanted and will allow for an active reading of body temperature and movement through so called IMHubs. These IMHubs will be strategically placed at key transportation infrastructure (such as airports, bus stations, train stations, toll stations by ferry crossings, bridges and highways, as well as certain important buildings, venues and institutions).  By using this data, governments will be able to draw a clear and definite map of any outbreak, initiate more precise lockdowns and remove potential superspreaders. 

Our solution is neutral in the sense that different governments may choose different approaches and our implants can be introduced with the preferred method. And since the implants and IMHubs are standardized, the information can be shared globally.  

To our investors we want to say this: We remain 100% committed to our core mission of creating artificial general intelligence solutions for brain implants. That work continues and our CoVital implants will serve us well going forward as we try to emphasize outcomes over output. 

Lastly, I wish to thank all the people of New Life Minds, who have worked tirelessly on making CoVital a reality and the many visionary leaders, both in the private and public sectors, who are moving mountains when it comes to fast deregulation and financing. These past few weeks have shown me that a global response to a crisis is possible.
